Connectivity issues with older Lock products
We are writing to inform you about a problem on server upgrade on 11th of May 2023, which may have caused some older lock products to experience connectivity issues. Specifically, we have identified that the issue was present in SW versions older than 3.3.5 on Lock 100/200 products, on cases where the devices did not have access to DNS. We have mitigated the problem shortly after identifying the problem.
We recommend updating your Lock products to the latest Lock SW version to improve the security and robustness of the devices. Our team is available to assist you with the update process, and you can contact us for further instructions.
Please note that newer lock products and lock SW versions are not affected by this issue, and you can continue to use them as normal.
