TOSIBOX® Key incompatibility with macOS Sonoma

Issue Description

This technical note is intended to inform our valued users about the compatibility issue TOSIBOX® Key is currently facing with macOS Sonoma (macOS 13) released by Apple on September 26, 2023.

Users who have upgraded to this latest macOS version may experience issues with the TOSIBOX® Key software and Key hardware token incompatibility. TOSIBOX® Key software fails to detect the inserted USB TOSIBOX® Key hardware token properly, and will not allow user to login to the network. This issue does not concern users that have a TOSIBOX® SoftKey license.
