Key does not show Locks that are matched to it
- Key removed from Lock before matching completed.
- Matched Lock does not have Internet connection.
- PC with Key has Internet connection issues or personal firewall SW blocks Key from connecting
Please check the following:
- The Key is visible in the Lock’s admin UI (check e.g. via Service Port). If the Key isn’t visible in the admin UI, match the Key again.
- The Lock’s Internet access is working. Test Internet connectivity of the Lock. Matching is valid only when the Lock connects to the Internet.
- The Key’s Internet access is working. Test the Internet connectivity of the Key.
