Internet access is established when the text “Choose Locks to Connect to” appears on the Key. Further, the Key tray icon in Windows turns yellow when the internet connection is successful. If the Key icon is red or the Key has the text “Connecting to Internet”, the connection is not established.
Possible reasons why the Internet connection of the Key is not functioning properly:
- a software firewall (for example F-Secure or Norton, Avast, etc.) blocks the Key software. Set up the firewall to allow Tosibox Key access the Internet.
- a hardware firewall on the network blocks the Key software. Contact your IT department to solve the issue.
