Symptom
Key software asks for PUK code instead of password
Cause
A wrong password has been entered five times in a row.
Recommended action
Enter the PUK code that was delivered together with the Key and set a new password.
The PUK code only comes with the Key and is not stored by Tosibox anywhere. Keep the PUK code in a safe place should you need it. If PUK code is entered 3 times wrong key is destroyed and can't be recovered.
