How to enable remote support

Login to Lock with Key (Connect to Lock and double click name) or from service port (plug cable to service port and type 172.17.17.17 to browser).


Go to Settings -> Advanced settings -> mark "Allow remote support for Tosibox Oy" and SAVE.


Now you have remote support enabled for Tosibox Support.
