When the Lock icon on the TOSIBOX® Key user interface is green, the remote connection to the Lock has been established. You can do the following to verify that the remote connection works:
- Double-click the Lock’s name on the TOSIBOX® Key user interface. This opens a web browser to the Lock’s browser interface. If the browser opens the browser interface successfully, the remote connection works.
- If the TOSIBOX® Key software shows the Lock’s network devices under the Lock, the remote connection works. TOSIBOX® Key fetches the network devices list through the remote connection.
- Try pinging the Lock’s IP address from Command Prompt. If the Lock responds to ping, the remote connection works.
