Symptom
After accepting the software update recommended by the Key the software seems to hang or the update never finishes
Cause
An antivirus software may silently prevent tbupdate.exe from running.
Recommended action
After adding tbupdate.exe to exceptions list on the antivirus software, un-plug and re-plug the key and accept the update again.
