• First check if the Key works on another USB port.
  • If not, try another Key on the PC to see if the port is malfunctioning.
  • If still not working, try the Key on another PC.
  • Check for any physical damage to the Key.

On Windows 10 make sure SmartCard service is started and running:


Open task manager - go to services tab - find SCardSvr


To start service ScardSvr - right mouseclick - start


To configure service - right mouseclick - open services - find & open smart card service  - select startup type

If it still not works and if there is no physical damage to the Key and it does not work on any computer but other Keys work, contact your reseller.
