There is a service break on Tosibox’s internal servers and VCL update servers between 16:00-24:00 Finnish (summer) time on 12th of July.
Customer devices and networks will continue operating normally, but VCL update repository is unavailable. This means that customers can’t check for updates and update their VCL’s during the break.
There will be break also accessing backend data which have impact on the customer support availability to serve customers during the break.
Servers should be up at the latest 13th.
